Returns are accepted within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery. The return process must be initiated within this period.

Items Eligible for Return:

  • Non-defective products in original condition
  • Products with all original tags and packaging
  • Items not used or damaged by customer

Return Process:

Step 1 Initiate Return Request

Contact customer support within 5 days of delivery. Provide order details and reason for return.

Step 2 Return Authorization

Receive Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions. Required for Processing

Step 3 Ship Item Back

Pack item securely with all original accessories. Include RAN on the package.

Step 4 Quality Verification

Our team inspects the returned item to ensure it matches the original product condition.

Step 5 Refund Processing

Once verified, refund is processed within 7 working days to original payment method.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for eligible products. The exchange process follows the same timeline and verification as returns.

  • Customer covers return shipping for exchanges
